A New Chapter, Quietly.

On learning to begin again—gently, and on my own terms.

There are seasons that ask you to speed up, to prove, to achieve. And then, there are seasons that whisper:

Slow down. This time, do it for you.

Lately, I’ve been living in that whisper. Not with dramatic change, but with small, daily choices—a morning walk before the world wakes up, a simple meal that nourishes, a book that makes me think, a journey that makes me look at life differently.

This space, Finding Merope, is where I collect those moments.

Notes on becoming wiser, staying well, discovering beautiful places, and learning how to live a little better as the years pass.

Not to turn back time.

But to become more ourselves within it.

Here’s to becoming.
